You never know who you might come across on the side of the road. It is always safest to stay in your vehicle with the doors locked while you wait for help. This is the best call even if it isn’t dark, but especially during dusk and night hours.
Know Your Current Location
It is difficult to get somebody to help you quickly when you don’t have a good understanding of where you are. Look for mile markers and other signs to give clear directions to the professional roadside assistance that you call.
