Positive experience not once, but TWICE!

Was challenged with finding someone to tow my vehicle on a Saturday morning. After going down the list of Google’s recommendations and no answer at numerous other numbers, I called Citywide Towing. Up-front pricing and no BS is what I was looking for in getting my disabled vehicle to my mechanic. Owner Rick promptly answered my call, and based on information I provided, quoted me an ETA and fair price point for services.

Employee Jose arrived within the timeframe quoted and quickly / professionally loaded my car on to the flatbed. Very friendly and courteous young man. Cab of tow truck was clean and comfortable (which is a big WIN in my book).

Fast forward to a week later —> As my mechanic was unable to provide the services I needed, I called Rick once again thinking I would just have my vehicle towed home until I could figure out what I was going to do. Rick asked a couple questions regarding issue with vehicle and then went above and beyond to refer me to a reputable service center close to where I live.

I have since added Citywide Towing into my phone’s address book – should the need arise, they will absolutely be the first company I will call for services.
